Refund & Exchange Policy

At Moma Muse, every product is created with intention, artistry, and care. Because many of our items are digital downloads or custom-printed on demand, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

  • Digital downloads

  • Posters, wall art, or canvas prints

  • Framed prints

  • Print-on-demand items

  • Journals, planners, or notebooks

  • Any personalized products

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will happily replace it.

Replacements must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
